At the age of 31, Su Yung has already wrestled all over the world, competing in a staggering 103 promotions, including the likes of the NWA, Shimmer, Shine Wrestling and Evolve wrestling.
Hailing from ‘Off The Grid’, Su Yung defeated Deonna Purrazzo this past Saturday at Impact Wrestling’s signature event ‘Bound For Glory’, to capture the Impact Knockouts Championship for the second time. The match originally was meant to be Kylie Rae facing Deoanna Purrazzo, but with Kylie Rae unable to compete at the event for unknown reasons, Purrazzo challenged any woman or man from the Impact roster to face her in an open challenge for the Knockouts title. A look of shock appeared across Purrazzo’s face as the challenge was met by the Undead Bride.
Su Yung made her professional wrestling debut back in 2008, wrestling in Magnificent Ladies Wrestling, and has since gone on to compete in 445 matches across 103 promotions.
Yung’s win/loss record currently stands at 202 wins – 232 losses, with 11 draws.
After being released from WWE development in 2011, Yung went on to wrestle on the independent wrestling circuit, before signing for Impact Wrestling in 2018.

Su Yung made her Impact debut on the March 22nd 2018 edition of Impact. She attacked Allie during a segment when Braxton Sutter was proposing to her. This quickly established Su Yung as one of the top heels within the Knockouts division.
On April 22nd Su Yung debuted the Undead Bridesmaids, as they attempted to place Allie inside a casket until her friend Rosemary made the save. That moment started a rivalry between Rosemary and Yung, which led to a match between them on the May 3rd episode of Impact, ultimately ending up in a brawl leading to a no contest. Allie tried to help Rosemary, but Yung’s undead bridesmaids held her back and forced her to watch as Yung attacked Rosemary and put her inside a coffin.
On the May 17th episode of Impact, Yung and her undead bridesmaids held a funeral for Rosemary, misting her coffin and setting it on fire. On May 31st, at Impact Under Pressure, Yung defeated Allie in a Last Rites match to win the Knockouts Championship for the first time in her career.
Yung would then drop the title at Impact Redifined on August 30th to Tessa Blanchard during a triple threat match including Allie.
Su Yung went on to team with Havok in the coming months, but this would start to come to an end at Slammiversary 2019. Yung competed for the Knockouts Championship in a four-way Monster’s Ball match against Rosemary, Havok, and champion Taya Valkyrie. As Valkyrie retained her title, Yung’s alliance with Havok began to deteriorate. On the August 9th episode of Impact, Yung stopped Havok from winning the Knockouts Championship against Valkyrie, leading to a match between the both of them on the September 6th episode of Impact where Yung disqualified herself after misting Havok in the face.
The two would meet again in a No DQ match on the September 20th episode of Impact, with Yung losing to Havok after a tombstone. They continued to brawl backstage, which ended with Havok wrapping a noose around Yung’s neck and hanging her over the staircase rail, presumably killing her.
Su Yung reverted back to her Susie persona on the March 31st episode of Impact, fully aware that she terrified people as Su Yung and had caused bad things to them. Later on, she aligned herself with Kylie Rae after they were bullied and beaten up by Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz, leading to a tag team match the following week, where they lost after Hogan pinned Susie.
Susie was then defeated by Taya Valkyrie in a singles match, and was continually insulted by her until Rae arrived to save Susie. She then went on to team with Rae, Havok, Neveah and Alisha Edwards in a 10 Knockout tag team match to defeat the team of Kimber Lee, Hogan, Steelz, Rosemary and Valkyrie.
At Slammiversary, Susie competed in a gauntlet for the gold to determine the #1 contender for the Knockouts Championship, which was won by Kylie Rae. However, Su Yung stood in her place due to Kylie Rae’s no-show, and defeated Deonna Purrazzo at Bound For Glory, capturing the Impact Knockouts Championship for the second time.
Currently, in her real life – Su Yung is married to fellow Impact Wrestling star Rich Swann after their wedding in 2017.

With Impact currently boasting one of the best women’s divisions in pro-wrestling, who might step up to try and dethrone the Undead Bride?
