A QUICK GUIDE TO GIGI DOLIN AKA PRISCILLA KELLY

Priscilla Kelly has now signed for WWE NXT after being one of the hottest free agents in women’s wrestling. So, who exactly is Priscilla Kelly (or Gigi Dolin as she will now be known) as she makes her debut in NXT?

Priscilla Kelly made her debut on the independent wrestling scene in 2015, when she teamed with Devon Nicole in a losing effort to Amanda Rodriguez and Amber O’Neil. After further losses to Kimber Lee and Tessa Blanchard in 2016, she made her debut for Women’s Superstar Uncensored in a losing effort at their ‘Breaking Barriers 4’ event. In April of of 2018, she then made her debut for DDT Pro-Wrestling where she teamed with Toru Owashi and Kazuki Hirata in a losing effort.

In December of 2018, Kelly wrestled in a match against Tuna during a Suburban Fight Promotion show. The match would involve a controversial moment where Kelly would reach into her pants for a bloodied tampon and put it down the throat of Tuna. The incident sparked negativity online from the likes of Gail Kim, Angelina Love, and Jim Ross. However, the stunt caused Kelly much notoriety, and it was defended by Hurricane Helms who jokingly called it a First Blood match. Priscilla Kelly herself defended it, stating that the show was for over 21’s and that it was not a real tampon and was scripted into the match.

TAMPON INCIDENT

In July 2019 she defeated ex-WWE superstar James Ellsworth to become the World Intergender Champion at Cactus League Wrestling.

2019 also saw her make her debut for MLW under the gimmick of the Evil Spider Lady. She went on to lose to Zeda Zhang via DQ and attack her after the match while unmasking herself too.

Priscilla Kelly has other notable moments in her career, most notably whilst working with Shine and Evolve. During her time with Shine, she became the inaugural Shine Nova champion by defeating Veda Scott, Leah Vaughan, Keira Hogan, and Candy Cartwright in a tournament to crown the first champion. She would later lose the title to Candy Cartwright.

KELLY WITH THE SHINE NOVA TITLE

During 2018 and 2019, Kelly worked for Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling. Her most notable match for the promotion was during a loss to Miyu Yamashita, in a match for the Tokyo Princess of Princess title match.

Most recently, she has made appearances for AEW, where she was a surprise entrant for the ‘All Out’ Casino Battle Royal, as well as facing Britt Baker in a losing effort on Dynamite in January of 2020.

Despite now signing for WWE, this will not be Priscilla Kelly’s first appearance for the company. Previously, she was an entrant in the 2018 Mae Young Classic, where she lost to Deonna Purrazzo in the first round.

Despite only still being 23, Priscilla Kelly (now known as Gigi Dolin) has made a huge impact on the independent scene. With an amazing skill-set in the ring, as well as a unique look, personality, and controversy, we look forward to seeing her career blossom in WWE NXT, and wish her all the best of luck!
