According to Dave Meltzer, WWE had creative plans in place for a secret Cody Rhodes debut this week. However the issue of Rhodes making his WWE comeback is still up in the air at the moment due to Rhodes still not signing a contract yet.
Creative plans remain to have Seth Rollins vs Cody at Wrestlemania but plans are on hold until a contract is in place & signed.
