Fightful Select have reported that plans were in place for Elias to make a comeback to Raw.
The report also states that Elias was to be given a new look which was referenced in the WWE 2K22 game reference photos but Vince McMahon nixed the return stating that Elias looked to much like Randy Savage.
There has also been several vignettes recorded for Elias to return.
