According to a report from the Wrestling Observer, WWE officials are giving all new talent only 90 days to improve and show progression or they will be released.
Last week WWE released Dexter Lumis, Dakota Kai, Malcolm Bivens, Paige Prinzivalli, Harland, Sanjana George, Draco Anthony, Persia Pirotta, Mila Malani, and Raelyn Divine.
With Harland, the feeling was that he wasn’t improving with his ring work and coaches at the WWE Performance Center took notice.
The report states that new talent will suffer the same fate if they don’t improve quickly. If the talent are in good shape and showing progress, they’ll be safe.
Additionally, there are some developmental contracts that are only for 90 days despite talent being expected to relocate to Orlando, FL. Those who are signed to longer deals will also be released after 90-days if they aren’t showing improvement.
