In his latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer, stated that CM Punk vs Jon Moxley is still the working plan for the main event at All Out on September 4th.
Meltzer claimed although the match isn’t 100 percent confirmed that there is no plan B currently to go with something different.
