As reported by fightful, CM Punk is set to stay on the roster in the upcoming AEW: Fight Forever game.
Some fans have been led to believe that Punk could be removed from the video game due to the events of the backstage brawl at All Out involving himself and the Elite, but a report from SportsKeeda is suggesting otherwise.
According to the report, SportsKeeda reached out to AEW to get some news on CM punk’s status for the game. AEW’s response to the outlet was that if anybody who has already been advertised for the game had to be removed, they would make a formal announcement about it. Punk was originally going to be on the cover of the upcoming video game, along with other stars Jade Cargill, Jon Moxley, Kenny Omega, Britt Baker and Chris Jericho. Punk was also majorly featured in the first trailers for the game.
