Back in July, the wrestling world was shook to its core when Vince McMahon announced that at 77 years old he was retiring from his position in the company following allegations of sexual assault. McMahon was in his position for 40 years from 1982 to 2022.
However McMahon is said to be regretting his decision to retire and is intending on making a comeback to the WWE. The former WWE chairman and CEO, according to the Wall Street Journal feels he received ‘bad advice’ when being told he should step away from his duties.
The same report also goes into how McMahon feels that the allegations and investigations against him would have ‘blown over by now’ if he had remained in his position in WWE. Less that six months after he retired it seems Vince is looking for some form of return.
