PWInsider have confirmed that WWE Producer Kenny Dykstra suffered an injury at the WWE Royal Rumble.
During Judgment Day’s brawl with Edge in the aisle, Dykstra who’s real name is Ken Doane was among those who ran out to break the fight up.
At some point during the ruckus Doane suffered a leg injury, which one source feared may have lead to a torn calf.
