As was a noted a few weeks back in an interview, Tony Khan is still very much intersted in the WWE sale process.
WWE is currently in the process of discussing matters with outside advisors about the upcoming media rights negotiations. One particular strategy is a potential sale of the company before media rights deals for Smackdown and RAW are fully decided. Nick Khan said recently that a sale could happen very quickly, in as little as three months.
When discussing the situation with Mark Hoke on the Mark Hoke Show, Khan was asked about his interest in a potential sale. Khan said: I don’t know exactly what will happen there. I’ve been told, and I think they’ve said publicly, that there may be a sale process. If there is a sale process, certainly I’m interested in it and potentially being involved in it. We’ll have to see what that process is, and who exactly they’ll let get involved in it. Certainly, I’m interested in it very much”

With week by week reports of Vince McMahon looking to sell WWE, it was reported that Tony & and his father, Shad Khan were “in the pool of” potential buyers.
The Khan’s, be it one or both of them, have control over AEW and ROH, as well as Fulham FC and the Jacksonville Jaguars. The WWE would certainly be a huge feather in the cap of their already growing assets.
