Fightful Select have added to PWInsider’s report of CM Punk being backstage at last night’s episode of Raw.
Fightful Select claim that Punk was seeing talking to several talent including Miz, Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashley & Tamina.
Punk was also seen talking to Triple H before asking him if it was ok to hangout backstage. However after being told he would have to wait to get permission Punk was asked to leave the arena by Jim Kelly, WWE’s head of security at the request of Vince McMahon.
The report states that Punk left without any incident.
There is now a belief that Punk being backstage at Raw last night was nothing more than a stunt before he returns to AEW soon.
