After several reports stated that Vince McMahon made the call to have CM Punk removed from the backstage area of Raw last night, it now seems that was not the case.

Although Vince McMahon was made fully aware of Punk’s presence at Raw last night, it appears that the call to have Punk removed from the arena came from members of management who were on site at last night’s show.
