WWE Superstar Seth Rollins was absent from Monday’s episode of WWE Raw as he was busy filming scenes for the upcoming Marvel movie “Captain America: New World Order.” The film is scheduled for release on May 3, 2024.
Rollins’ absence was explained through video packages promoting his match against AJ Styles in the finals of the World Heavyweight Championship tournament at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia. While Rollins is favored to win the championship, it’s not guaranteed, as it may be part of a longer storyline.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Rollins will also be off next week’s episode of Raw due to his movie commitments. However, he is expected to return for the post-Night of Champions edition of Raw.
