The PRIME co-owner is slated to compete in the men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match on July 1, facing off against LA Knight, Damian Priest, Butch, Ricochet, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Santos Escobar for the MITB briefcase.
Although it remains uncertain whether Paul will emerge victorious, there have been discussions within WWE about him potentially winning the briefcase. However, Triple H is reportedly against the idea of Paul claiming the victory.
Regardless of the outcome, there are talks of a potential storyline between Paul and The Brawling Brutes following Money in the Bank. WWE insiders have suggested a feud between the faction and Paul, involving Sheamus, Ridge Holland, and Butch.
If desired, WWE may even kickstart this storyline at Money in the Bank, as both Paul and Butch are scheduled to participate in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
