The Main event of the show saw Yuma Aoyagi defeat NJPW 3rd Generation star Yuji Nagata for the AJPW Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship at Koraken Hall. ‘Rockstar’ Aoyagi who is also one half of the All Japan World Tag Team Champions with partner Kento Miyahara, pinned Nagata (21:18) with THE FOOL following a Rockstar Buster to get the victory and creating History by becoming the youngest Triple Crown Champion ever.
After the match, Hokuto Omari came out to so stake his claim as the next challenger for the Triple Crown on July 22 in Matsue, which happens to be a day before Yuma and Kento are scheduled to defend their tag titles against Hokuto Omori & Minoru Suzuki on July 23 in Osaka.
Aoyagi accepted the challenge and then declared quote, “I will increase the value of this Triple Crown Heavyweight belt and take the lead in a new era of All Japan Pro Wrestling, and I will make All Japan more exciting.”
