Deville secured the win for her team with a knee strike to Morgan, following Green delivering an Unprettier to Liv. This triumph marks the fifth team to hold the belts in 2023, ending Morgan and Rodriguez’s second reign after just 16 days.
For both Green and Deville, this championship win represents the first time they have held gold in their WWE careers. However, they will undoubtedly aim to have better luck with the titles than previous holders, as the women’s division has seen frequent changes in ownership.
Green and Deville have been teaming up since February, shortly after Green made a surprise return to WWE during the women’s Royal Rumble match in January.
