Scorpio Sky won’t be appearing on the July 28 episode of AEW Rampage due to an injury. He was initially set to face Kip Sabian, but during the July 26 taping, AEW CEO Tony Khan announced his absence and replaced him with Komander in the match.

Sky had been away from the AEW ring for over a year, recovering from a leg injury after losing the TNT Championship to Wardlow on July 6, 2022. He returned to action on July 8, 2023, in a match against Action Andretti on AEW Collision.
As of now, there’s no information on the duration of Sky’s sidelining.
