During the August 5 broadcast of AEW Collision, FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) made their intentions clear, revealing they have unresolved matters with The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) and are determined to settle their rivalry at AEW All In.

The rivalry between the Bucks and FTR stands at 1-1, with FTR emerging victorious on the April 6, 2022 episode of AEW Dynamite, while the Bucks secured a win at AEW Full Gear 2020.
This challenge was voiced after FTR successfully defended their AEW Tag Team Titles against Brian Cage & Big Bill.
On the most recent episode of AEW Dynamite, the Young Bucks declared their return to the tag team scene, and almost immediately, The Hardys (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) stepped up to challenge them. The Young Bucks are slated to face The Hardys on the August 9 episode of AEW Dynamite.
