Lacey Evans Bids Farewell to WWE
According to a report by Dave Meltzer from the Wrestling Observer, Lacey Evans has parted ways with WWE. The details of her departure are sparse, but it’s confirmed that she has concluded her association with the company.
On Tuesday, Evans alluded to her departure in an Instagram post, mentioning that her wrestling attire was no longer needed and humorously stating her new name would be Macey Estrella: “When the clock strikes 12, you will address me as Macey Estrella from here on out…….oh, and this jacket is up for grabs. Be on the lookout???????????? #ComingSoon #NoMannersMacey #GottaThinkOfSomeOtherCoolHashTag #LordLookAtMe.”

After an illustrious five-year tenure in the United States Marine Corps, Evans transitioned to professional wrestling in 2014. Her journey led her to WWE in 2016, and after several successful years in NXT, she advanced to the main roster in early 2019.
Throughout her career, Evans underwent various character transformations, including a storyline where she was romantically linked to Ric Flair on WWE television. Her most recent persona delved into her marine background; however, she hasn’t appeared in wrestling matches on Friday Night SmackDown since late June.
