Major Update On Cash Wheeler Being Arrested

Insights Emerge from Arraignment of AEW Star Cash Wheeler After Arrest
Fresh details have surfaced regarding the arraignment of AEW sensation Cash Wheeler, following his apprehension earlier today, August 18. Known by his real name, Daniel Wheeler, the wrestling star faced charges of aggravated assault with a firearm.

A warrant for Wheeler’s arrest had been issued on July 28. Subsequently, he entered a plea of not guilty through his legal representative on August 3. The arraignment, which took place today, unveiled additional information about the case.

It was disclosed during the proceedings that Wheeler willingly surrendered himself to authorities. The prosecution emphasized that Wheeler’s history remained devoid of any prior criminal offenses. The incident in question was characterized as a “road rage type incident,” involving Wheeler allegedly brandishing a handgun at the purported victim.

Crucially, it was clarified that Wheeler had no prior acquaintance with the alleged victim. In terms of legal consequences, Wheeler’s bail was set at $2500. The court mandated that he maintain no contact with the alleged victim or any other witnesses associated with the case. Moreover, he was instructed not to possess any weapons on his person.

As a result, any firearms owned by Wheeler, not already held by law enforcement, must be submitted to the Sheriff’s department within 12 hours of his release. This directive stands pending the resolution of the case.
