Santana and Ortiz stage their triumphant comebacks to the All Elite Wrestling scene.
Their reentrance into the company was nothing short of astonishing. Following the conclusion of the Jon Moxley vs. Rey Fenix bout, Ortiz made an unexpected appearance on the ramp, thwarting Eddie Kingston and Penta El Zero Miedo’s attempt to rush to Fenix’s aid, preventing a potential assault. In a matter of moments, Santana followed suit, marking his long-awaited return to AEW. Together, they launched an assault on Miedo and Kingston.
Santana had been sidelined for more than a year, recuperating from an ACL injury sustained during the Blood & Guts match in 2022. Additionally, Ortiz had been absent from AEW for over five months, with his last engagement for the company taking place at the Revolution pay-per-view in March.

Subsequent to the skirmish involving the Blackpool Combat Club, Santana and Ortiz tactically withdrew from the ring. Regrettably, Fenix couldn’t leave the ring under his own strength and required assistance as he was carried out of the arena on a stretcher.
