Mercedes Mone, formerly known as Sasha Banks in WWE, has intriguingly shared a post on social media, hinting at her presence in London just hours before the AEW All In event set to unfold at Wembley Stadium today.
In a series of tweets, Mone offered a glimpse of her surroundings, including snapshots in front of and atop the iconic London Eye. Barring the possibility that these images are from a different time, it’s apparent that Mone is currently in the city for today’s show. However, her presence doesn’t necessarily translate to active participation, given the likelihood of many wrestling personalities attending the event as avid fans. We will provide updates if any pertinent developments arise.
Mone’s wrestling activities have been on hold since May due to an ankle injury sustained during an NJPW match against AEW’s Willow Nightingale. This unexpected turn of events led to Nightingale triumphing in a match originally intended for Mone, resulting in Nightingale becoming the inaugural NJPW Strong Women’s Champion. Interestingly, the championship seemed custom-tailored for Mone.

Reports indicate discussions surrounding Mone’s potential collaboration with the AEW/NJPW Forbidden Door in June, before her injury occurred. Prospective matchups against Jamie Hayter or Saraya were rumored during these talks.
