Gail Kim Coming Out Of Retirement For One More Match

A returning WWE star is gearing up for a final bout in the wrestling ring. Gail Kim, former WWE Diva’s and IMPACT Knockouts Champion, hasn’t competed since her defeat by Tessa Blanchard at IMPACT Rebellion in 2019. Despite her role as a producer behind the scenes in IMPACT, Kim is slated to make a comeback at IMPACT 1000.

During an appearance on Busted Open Radio, Gail Kim revealed her plan to have one last match on September 9 at IMPACT 1000, without disclosing her opponent’s identity. Alongside Kim, another former Knockouts Champion, Awesome Kong, is also making a return for the event. The headline match will feature Alex Shelley defending the IMPACT World Championship against Trey Miguel.
