Bryan Danielson had been sidelined due to a broken arm sustained during AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, but he’s making his return to action at AEW All Out in this strap match against Starks.
This showdown stems from Starks’ loss to CM Punk on the August 5 episode of AEW Collision for the “Real” AEW World Title. In frustration, Starks took out his anger on Steamboat, using a belt to lash out. As a result, on the August 12 episode of AEW Collision, Starks received a 30-day suspension for his actions. Fortunately for Starks, the suspension was eventually reduced to 28 days, allowing him to compete at AEW All Out.
