AEW Have Officially Signed A New Faction To Contracts

A new faction has officially inked a contract with All Elite Wrestling (AEW).

Dutch made the announcement during an appearance on Developmentally Speaking, confirming that The Righteous is now part of AEW’s roster.

The Righteous made their return to Ring of Honor (ROH) at Supercard of Honor 2023 and have been prominently featured on ROH TV in recent months. Notably, they expanded their ranks by adding Stu Grayson to the stable. This expansion led to an intense Fight Without Honor match at Death Before Dishonor in July, where Vincent, Dutch, and Stu Grayson faced off against Dark Order and ended up on the losing side.

Following their tenure in ROH, Dutch and Vincent declared their move to AEW on the August 18th episode of Rampage. They also participated in a Battle Royal on the September 1st edition of Rampage, vying for an opportunity at the ROH Tag Team Titles. With their AEW contract now official, the future holds exciting prospects for The Righteous in the world of professional wrestling.

“Everything’s going great. Couldn’t be better. We’re officially signed with AEW now, so yeah, it’s a big deal. It’s a big deal for us. We want to create something that people haven’t seen in a long time. I know we’re gonna be getting comparisons to The Wyatt Family and this and that, but everything’s been done already. There will never be another Bray Wyatt, nothing will ever compare to him or his creativity, or the way that his brain works. Nobody will ever be like him ever again. Like I said, we’re obviously gonna be getting the comparisons, but the stuff that we have in mind for our future is brand-new and exciting stuff, and some fun stuff on the way, hopefully,”
