The contest culminated in a title change as The Hung Bucks emerged victorious against The Gates of Agony and Brian Cage. Notably, Swerve Strickland made a surprise appearance, attempting to get inside Page’s head before their singles match at AEW WrestleDream on October 1. The audience inside Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York City was treated to the lively presence of Prince Nana, who received an enthusiastic response from the fans.
This triumph for The Hung Bucks marks the end of Mogul Embassy’s impressive reign as ROH World Six Man Tag Team Champions, which lasted for an impressive 286 days. Their championship journey began with a victory over Dalton Castle and The Boys at Final Battle 2022 in December.
