Major Update On Edge’s WWE Situation And Possibly Making His AEW Debut At WrestleDream

WWE Hall of Famer Edge concluded his WWE contract with a victory over Sheamus in Toronto on SmackDown last month. Following this match, Edge disclosed that his contract had expired in September, and he was expected to become a free agent shortly.

According to PWInsider, Edge has been removed from WWE’s miscellaneous roster, although he still appears on’s public roster. However, internally, he’s no longer listed as part of the company.

Speculation has arisen that Edge may have the freedom to sign with any promotion starting on October 1, which coincides with AEW’s WrestleDream pay-per-view event.
