WWE has officially declared that Roman Reigns is slated to make a triumphant return to the television screen on the season premiere of SmackDown airing on October 13. This marks the Tribal Chief’s first appearance since August 11, where Jey Uso superkicked him, leading to his apparent “quit” from WWE.
The Undisputed Universal Champion’s presence was expected, as the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma had previously advertised his appearance. In Roman’s absence, Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa have formed an alliance, gearing up to face John Cena and LA Knight at WWE Fastlane. Meanwhile, Jey Uso has been traded to WWE Raw.
On the recent episode of SmackDown, Jimmy Uso voiced his discontent to Paul Heyman about Roman’s absence, lamenting the lack of decision-making. Heyman was later approached by Rhea Ripley for a private conversation.
