Former AEW talent Brian Pillman, Jr. has been showcased in NXT vignettes lately, signaling his imminent debut. The teasers depict him in a living room, watching a blend of WCW footage linked to his father and clips featuring various WWE Superstars. Despite these references, it seems that upon his WWE debut, he won’t go by the name Brian Pillman, Jr.
WWE has recently filed a trademark for the name “Lexis King,” where Lexis is a shortened form of Alexis, his late sister’s name, and King is the surname of his mother Melanie from her remarriage after Pillman, Sr.’s passing.
