AEW’s “Title Tuesday” edition of Dynamite will feature Jon Moxley challenging Rey Fenix for the International Championship, as announced last week. Moxley, the former titleholder, lost the championship to Fenix at the Dynamite Grand Slam special due to a mid-match concussion. Reports suggested Moxley improvised the finish due to uncertainty about his condition.
Despite being on the card for Sami Callihan’s Wrestling Revolver event in Dayton, Ohio, last night, Moxley informed the audience that he hadn’t received medical clearance to compete. As of now, the Dynamite match against Fenix remains scheduled, but this situation warrants close attention in the next 24 hours.
