Following weeks of vignettes showcasing a man revisiting WCW and Cincinnati Bengals clips, Brian Pillman Jr made his official entrance on the October 10 episode of NXT.
The reveal occurred as Pillman Jr was engrossed in highlights of his father, Brian Pillman. Expressing his return to the industry that caused him pain, he declared that he wouldn’t follow in his dad’s footsteps, asserting he is nobody’s junior. Instead, he announced adopting the last name of the person who raised him, King.
