Expressing disdain for Mysterio’s respect and legacy, Paul asserted his need for the WWE United States Championship. In a bold proclamation, he declared his intent to become another “deadbeat dad” conqueror at WWE Crown Jewel on November 4. Responding to the challenge, Mysterio acknowledged the resemblance between Paul and his son, Dominik, but accepted the challenge, vowing to humble Paul despite the challenges of facing family in the ring.
