WWE stars Ricochet and Fallon Henley are now in the company’s concussion protocol following their matches earlier this week.
Ricochet sustained an injury during a four-way match on Monday’s episode of Raw when he landed on the back of his head while attempting a variation of a springboard hurricanrana.
Henley encountered her injury in a bout with Tiffany Stratton on Tuesday’s episode of NXT, with speculation from Bryan Alvarez on WOR suggesting it happened when Stratton executed her Prettiest Moonsault Ever.
In a recent installment of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer provided additional insight, stating:
“It’s concussion protocol. I don’t want to say concussion because as far as I know, it was not diagnosed as a concussion,” said Meltzer. “(Ricochet) doesn’t remember a lot of the match”.
“Ricochet is alright but as far as when he’ll be cleared and all that, it’s concussion protocol, you just don’t know”.
