Kota Ibushi joins All Elite Wrestling.
Tony Khan revealed that Kota Ibushi has officially inked a deal with All Elite Wrestling.
The announcement followed AEW Dynamite, where Ibushi teamed up with Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho, & Paul Wight to secure a victory over Powerhouse Hobbs, Kyle Fletcher, Brian Cage, & Konosuke Takeshita.
Ibushi made his AEW debut at AEW Dynamite Blood & Guts, joining forces with Omega, The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson), & Hangman Page in a match against the Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta, Claudio Castagnoli), Takeshita, & PAC.
His AEW appearances also include AEW All In and AEW All Out, where he showcased his skills alongside Omega, Page, and Jericho in various tag team matches against formidable opponents.
Having spent the majority of his illustrious career in Japan, Ibushi has competed in promotions like DDT and NJPW, achieving accolades such as the IWGP World Heavyweight and Heavyweight Champion.
