Ronda Rousey’s surprise appearance at the November 17 ROH tapings has sparked speculation about her association with AEW, according to information from Fightful Select.
Following her participation in Thursday night’s Wrestling REVOLVER event alongside Marina Shafir, where they faced AEW/ROH talents Athena and Billie Starkz in a match that ended without a clear result, Rousey returned on Friday night for a similar bout in ROH, set to be featured on an upcoming HonorClub broadcast.
While there’s anticipation that Rousey’s involvement could drive subscriptions, as of Friday night, no official confirmation has been made regarding her signing with AEW/ROH. Rousey, operating under a handshake deal with AEW, has been taking recent bookings with ROH, REVOLVER, and Lucha Vavoom, primarily driven by her desire to collaborate with Shafir.
Importantly, it should be noted that Rousey was not considered the Full Gear signing announced that night.
