A potential significant change is on the horizon for WWE Monday Night Raw, with sources hinting at the development of a new theme song, as reported by Fightful Select.
Insiders have shared with Fightful that discussions about introducing a new theme song for WWE Raw have taken place, and there are indications that the debut could happen imminently, possibly within this week. While confirmation of the exact timing is pending, there is certainty that the topic has been under consideration, and a new song has already been produced.
The timing aligns with the extended use of Vo Williams’ “Greatness,” which has been Raw’s theme for almost precisely two years since its debut on November 22, 2021. Notably, Williams’ theme holds the record as the longest-running WWE Raw theme since “The Night” by the now disbanded CFO$, which lasted from July 2012 to July 2016. Previous themes from artists like Nickelback, Papa Roach, Union Underground, and Jim Johnston had longer tenures.
While early indications point toward a Def Rebel production for the new theme, this detail is yet to be officially confirmed. Def Rebel is known for producing the current Smackdown theme, “Nobody Better than Me,” along with several other WWE themes.
