Roman Reigns Set To Miss Another Major WWE Event

The reigning WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns, might be absent from another significant WWE event in 2024. Reigns’ limited appearances in 2023 have sparked fan frustration, with only five title defenses and seven matches overall on TV/PLEs.

An advertisement for the 2024 WWE Premium Live Event, Bash in Berlin on August 31, hints at a potential continuation of Reigns’ sparse schedule. Notably missing from promotional material for both the event and the August 30 SmackDown in Berlin, Reigns’ absence raises questions.

Although not a confirmation, the absence of Reigns from promotional material, especially with tickets going on sale on November 30, suggests a potential scheduling decision. The posters feature stars like Charlotte Flair, Bobby Lashley, Kevin Owens, Rey Mysterio, LA Knight, and The Bloodline’s Jimmy Uso for SmackDown. Meanwhile, Bash in Berlin highlights Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Drew McIntyre, GUNTHER, Seth Rollins, and Cody Rhodes.

Given speculation about Rhodes challenging Reigns at WrestleMania 40, the event could showcase both world champions, but only time will reveal the unfolding narrative.
