Randy Orton is making a highly anticipated return.
During the November 20 episode of WWE Raw, Orton was unveiled as the fifth and final member of Team Cody, joining forces with Cody Rhodes, Sami Zayn, Seth Rollins, and Jey Uso in their WarGames clash against Judgment Day at the Survivor Series premium live event on Saturday, November 25.
Cody Rhodes revealed Orton as the ultimate addition to their team, expressing that he had called upon an old friend who had a significant history with him. Dubbed the Apex Predator, Orton’s return is eagerly awaited, and while he didn’t make an appearance on the show, indications point to his comeback at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames.
Orton has been absent from the ring for almost 18 months, with his last match taking place on the May 20, 2022 episode of WWE SmackDown, where he and Matt Riddle lost the Raw Tag Team Championships to The Usos. Following back fusion surgery, Orton has been on a hiatus from in-ring competition.
