WWE seems to have secured a wrestler under contract as they approach the new year, aiming to build on the success they’ve enjoyed in 2023, marked by record-breaking achievements in revenue, television ratings, and live event attendance.
The company has already finalized media rights agreements for NXT on the CW Network and SmackDown with the USA Network. Notably, they’ve revitalized the NXT brand, turning it into a fan-favorite commodity, filling a void left since the heyday of the black and gold brand before AEW’s emergence in 2019.
According to Pwinsider, Madi Wrenkowski was present at the WWE Performance Center last week, suggesting she may have inked a WWE NXT deal.
Entering the wrestling scene in 2019, Wrenkowski has competed for various promotions, including Mission Pro Wrestling, Hurricane Pro Wrestling, and SWE.
Wrenkowski debuted in All Elite Wrestling on the December 22 episode of AEW Dark, facing Leyla Hirsch. She has also made additional appearances in AEW.
Previously part of the NWA Women’s Tag Team Champions as M95 with Missa Kate, Wrenkowski’s last NWA match was in August.
