CROWN JEWEL SCORES LOWEST WWE PPV NUMBER In History

The pay-per-view numbers are in for WWE’s Crown Jewel event that took place on November 5th.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the event held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia scored the lowest numbers for a WWE PPV ever.

“PPV numbers for the show were 6,500, the lowest for any WWE PPV show in history and down 39.7 per cent from Extreme Rules, although they were not going to do PPV numbers close to Extreme Rules out of the regular time slot, but this was also lower than prior Saudi Arabia shows had done and some of them were on Thursdays.

“It was also down 18.6 per cent in PPV buys from the 8,000 for the last Saudi Arabia show, Elimination Chamber. Granted PPV numbers aren’t that significant except when it comes to comparing interest in the different shows during the same time frame.”

It is important to understand that these PPV numbers do not reflect the viewers who watched the event on Peacock.
