The legendary Sabu has made a captivating entrance on the May 24 episode of AEW Dynamite, firmly aligning himself with Adam Cole and Roderick Strong.
At Cole’s behest, Sabu answered the call and appeared on the show, following a phone call made by Cole to someone in Las Vegas. Their alliance was strategically formed to confront the Jericho Appreciation Society, consisting of Chris Jericho, Daniel Garcia, Matt Menard, Angelo Parker, and Jake Hager.
As Sabu entered the ring, he fearlessly swung a chair, striking Matt Menard with a powerful blow. The act of intimidation prompted the entire Jericho Appreciation Society to hastily retreat, overwhelmed by the display of force.
In an electrifying development, Sabu has been designated as the special enforcer for the highly anticipated Unsanctioned Match between Adam Cole and Chris Jericho at AEW Double Or Nothing.
Sabu’s appearance on AEW Dynamite marks his first-ever presence in the company. With a remarkable 38-year career, Sabu has graced the rings of renowned promotions such as ECW, WWE, TNA/IMPACT Wrestling, Major League Wrestling, All Japan Pro Wrestling, AAA Lucha Libre, GCW, and CZW, leaving an indelible impact on the world of professional wrestling.
